You can request a return within 90 calendar days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Our guarantee allows you to try and wear your knee strap during normal everyday use.

Normal wear is accepted, and original packaging is not required.

The guarantee does not cover deliberate damage, misuse or unauthorised alterations.

For voluntary returns, customers are generally responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.
